Andrea Stevenson interned from May 2004 to March 2005 at the University of Illinois at Chicago Maxillofacial Clinic. Her studies there concentrated on implant retained facial prostheses. She completed an additional three-month internship at the Duke University Medical Center Anaplastology Clinic in August. Her studies there included facial and finger prostheses and anaplastology as it relates to cranioplasty. She continues to collaborate with Jane Bahor and Jerry Schoendorf at the Duke University Anaplastology Clinic on special projects like the partial foot prosthesis shown above.

She is currently collaborating with a Seattle artist on a method of protecting port-a-caths.
